For Experts

Human expertise at the consequential steps

Avrozen brings in an independent industry expert where the match calls for one — to review evidence, assess capability claims and confirm operating fit — with full control over their participation.

The expert role

AI structures. Experts validate. People decide.

AI can improve the quality of evidence available to decision-makers. It cannot replace the judgement of a domain expert who understands the operating environment, the regulatory constraints and the practical limits of a proposed solution.

Where a match calls for it, an expert reviews it before any conversation. AI assists with signal monitoring, evidence structuring and specialist matching — but human authority is not optional at consequential, regulated and safety-sensitive steps.

Validation roles

What expert validation involves

Evidence validation

Review the evidence base for an opportunity hypothesis. Assess source quality, context and confidence before a claim is used in a conversation.

Specialist capability assessment

Evaluate whether a startup's claimed capability genuinely addresses the defined operating problem — based on technical and operational expertise.

Conflict and risk review

Identify conflicts of interest, regulatory risks and operating constraints that should be disclosed before any conversation is initiated.

Operating fit assessment

Assess whether a proposed solution is realistic within the operating environment of the target enterprise — including integration, procurement and change management constraints.

Governance boundaries

What expert participation does and does not mean

How experts take part

There is no retainer and no cost to join.

You choose which reviews you accept, declare conflicts once, and your name is never used in any outreach.

Experts are not required to make commercial recommendations.

Expert participation does not constitute an endorsement of any startup or solution.

Experts retain full control over which reviews they accept.

Expert input is used to improve evidence quality — not to generate leads.

Avrozen does not conduct autonomous outreach using expert credentials.

Who should apply

Avrozen is building an ecosystem relevant to domain experts with direct operating experience in CME, BFSI or Utilities — including former operators, professionals with relevant regulatory experience, technology leaders and specialist practitioners.

Generalist consultants and advisors without specific CME, BFSI or Utilities operating experience are not a good fit for the validation role.
